6) Use of your data for direct advertising
6.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter

If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only information required for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary and is used to enable us to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail, in which you must confirm that you wish to receive future newsletters by clicking on a corresponding link.

By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later point in time. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of promotional speech by means of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the responsible person named above. After you have successfully unsubscribed, your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data in a manner that goes beyond the scope permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

6.2 Sending the e-mail newsletter to existing customers

If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by e-mail. We do not need to obtain separate consent from you for this. The data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct mail in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you an e-mail. You have the right to object to the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes at any time with effect for the future by sending a message to the controller named at the beginning. You will only have to pay the transmission costs according to the basic rates for this. After receiving your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will be stopped immediately.

7) Data processing for order processing
7.1 The personal data collected by us will be forwarded to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will forward your payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of the payment processing, provided this is necessary for the payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we will explicitly inform you of this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 (1) point b GDPR.

For this purpose, your payment data may be transmitted to credit reference agencies in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR, on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness. PayPal uses the result of the credit check in relation to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, but not exclusively, address data is included in the calculation of the score values. For more information on data protection, including information on the credit reference agencies used, please refer to PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

10) Online marketing
10.1 DoubleClick by Google

This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, which is operated by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“DoubleClick”).

DoubleClick uses cookies to deliver ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and thus prevents them from being displayed more than once. The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR.

In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to capture conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and makes a purchase there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and we are informing you according to our level of knowledge: Through the integration of DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will obtain and store your IP address.

If you wish to opt out of this tracking process, you can disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, https://www.google.com/settings/ads, although this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies. Alternatively, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance website at www.aboutads.info to learn about the setting of cookies and adjust your settings there. Finally, you can adjust your browser settings so that you are informed when cookies are set and can decide whether to accept them on a case-by-case basis or to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general. If you choose not to accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Google LLC, based in the United States, is certified for the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

10.2 Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking

This website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). We use the Google Adwords service to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google AdWords) on external websites. We can determine how successful individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. In doing so, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.

The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google-served AdWords ad. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by simply disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie in your browser under User Settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google AdWords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Google LLC, based in the United States, is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

11) Web Analytics Services
Google (Universal) Analytics

Google Universal Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your abbreviated IP address) will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”, which ensures anonymization of the IP address by shortening it and excludes a direct personal reference. This extension means that within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, Google will first shorten your IP address. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use all the features of this website to the fullest extent possible. You can also prevent the data generated by cookies about your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being passed to Google, and the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
As an alternative to the browser plug-in or for browsers on mobile devices, please click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data from this site in the future (this opt-out cookie only works for this browser and domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you will have to click this link again): Disable Google Analytics

Google LLC, based in the United States, is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. The first time a page is accessed, the user is assigned a unique, permanent and anonymized ID that is set across devices. This allows interaction data across different devices and sessions to be assigned to a single user. The user ID does not contain any personal data and does not transmit such data to Google.

You can object to the collection and storage of data via the user ID at any time with effect for the future. To do this, you must deactivate Google Analytics on all systems used, for example in another browser or on your mobile device.

You can carry out the deactivation using a browser plug-in from Google (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). As an alternative to the browser plug-in or for browsers on mobile devices, please click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data from this site in the future (this opt-out cookie only works for this browser and this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you will have to click this link again): Disable Google Analytics

12) Retargeting/remarketing/recommendation advertising
Facebook Custom Audience via the pixel process

This website uses the “Facebook Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Facebook”). With explicit consent, the behavior of users can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimize future advertising efforts.

The data collected is anonymous to us, so it does not provide us with any information about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook's data usage guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). They can enable Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook. Furthermore, a cookie may be stored on your computer for these purposes. These processing operations are only carried out with express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR.

Consent to the use of the Facebook pixel may only be given by users older than 13 years of age. If you are younger, we ask that you consult with your legal guardian.

Facebook Inc., based in the United States, is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

To disable the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your internet browser so that no cookies can be stored on your computer in the future or cookies that have already been stored are deleted. The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Any further data processing will only take place if you have agreed to Google linking your web and app browsing history to your Google Account and using information from your Google Account to personalize the ads you see on the web. If you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google will temporarily link your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

You can permanently disable cookies for advertising preferences by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/

Alternatively, you can find out about the setting of cookies and adjust your settings on the Digital Advertising Alliance website at www.aboutads.info. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general.
